These seven dimensions represent a blueprint for establishing a diverse and inclusive environment that has a workplace that has respect for differences based on "perceived barriers" such as, "thought differences" "physical differences", "intersectional differences", and "cultural differences." Overall, the goal is to have dignity and respect within the workplace and that is the intent of the workshop."
